Presented by Artistry on Main, Beginning and Intermediate (Spindle) Wood Turning by Rich Clemens and Tom Lynch.
Students are encouraged to bring their own turning tools and safety supplies (safety glasses and dust masks). The Morning session (10:00 am) will focus on basic components of a lathe, turning tools, tool sharpening, with emphasis on safety equipment and safe operation. The afternoon will provide the details of spindle turning and allow students to experience the joy of woodturning with expert guidance. Students may register for either or both sessions.
