Join the Upshur County Public Library for our 25th Annual Gourmet Ramp Feast, An Appalachian Extravaganza, prepared by Fish Hawk Acres and featuring Chef Dale Hawkins. All proceeds benefit the Library.

The menu will feature:

Fresh Artisan Greens tossed with Charred Ramp & Champagne or House Vinaigrette
Carved Roasted Pork Cutlet with Ramp Chimichurri & Demi (no ramps)
Oven Roasted Vegetables, with and without ramps
Potato & Ramp Soup
Bacon Mac & Cheese, with and without ramps
Buttermilk Bacon & Ramp Biscuits and Dinner Rolls with a Ramp Herb Butter
Rustic Apple Pie with Freshly Whipped Cream & Strawberry & Rhubarb Crisp
