Join us for a guided hike through a beautiful old-growth forest tract in Audra State Park, located in Buckhannon, West Virginia. This moderate, 2.5-mile hike will be led by Doug Wood, a knowledgeable naturalist and ecologist, who will take us through unique habitats, including a few short bushwhacks to explore specific areas of interest. Doug’s expertise and passion for the natural world will make this an educational and engaging experience.
This is a moderate hike with uneven and slippery conditions. Please make to wear appropriate footwear and clothing for the excursion. To ensure a meaningful and enjoyable hike, we are limiting the group size to 12 participants. Please RSVP as soon as possible to secure your spot.
