Pre-Registration is OPEN Each paddler must purchase a ticket ($10) which includes insurance coverage through the American Canoe Association. You will recieve a fun comemorative event sticker as part of your registration fee

The Big Paddle will start at noon and is 4 miles roundtrip from Riverwalk Park to Tennerton St bridge. The Little Paddle will start around 1:30 and is 1.5 miles rounder trip from Riverwalk Park to Poe St bridge.

 Canoes, kayaks, ans SUPs all welcome! Leisure paddlers and racers are all welcome! We will give awards to the top 3 finishers in the Big Paddle 

The Buckhannon Community Band will play at 1:00 PM 

Bring a canned food item to donate to the Upshur Parsh House 

We’ll be hosting a beginner paddler clinic at 11:00 AM and 1:30 PM to inspire and educate the next generation of paddlers
