    All families in our community with children aged 10 and under are welcome to join us for a lunch, a cool beaded corn craft, and the adults can enjoy other adult conversation! All children also go home with a new book!
    Please use the “tickets” section on here to sign up with the number you are bringing. That helps us prepare for you. We do not need the tickets printed – just show up!

This class offers a steady flow that warms muscles, increases flexibility, and supports deep detox through sweat. Whether you’re looking to boost endurance or simply reset, this is your space to show up and feel good.
    Benefits of Hot Yoga:
    • Improves flexibility and joint mobility
    • Builds strength and stamina
    • Supports detox and circulation
    • Helps reduce stress and clear the mind
    Bring water, a towel, and your focus.
    Soul Shine Yoga Studio is located on the 2nd of Stockert Youth & Community Center.
