Come join Upshur County Public Library for Ramps, a Culinary Extravaganza! The 88 Restaurant & Lounge will be preparing a full meal, including:
Stir-fried ramps
Ramp Chowder
Ramp Quiche
Mixed Greens with Bacon/Ramp Vinaigrette Dressing

Roasted red potatoes

Dinner rolls

Peach-blueberry cobbler
The Friends of the Upshur County Public Library will be hosting a silent auction and a basket raffle during the dinner. Tickets are $20 a person and all proceeds benefit the Upshur County Public Library. Advanced reservations and payment are strongly encouraged and will be taken until April 17th.
