We pride our festival in being known as an “Exciting Family Tradition.” For 9 fun-filled days, guests of all ages will enjoy the Strawberry Gift Shop, Multiple Parades, a Strawberry Auction, Arts & Craft Shows, Family Fun Night, a Pet Show, Live Entertainment, Food Vendors and more! MURPH 2024
Join Power Alley CrossFit on May 27, 2024 (Memorial Day) to complete the MURPH Challenge – a workout in honor of:
Lt. Michael P. Murphy, May 7, 1976 – June 28, 2005
United States Navy (SEAL)
and all fallen service members who have lost their lives in the line of duty
MURPH consists of a 1-mile run, 100 pullups, 200 pushups, 300 air squats, and another 1-mile run. This workout can be completed solo or with a partner and modifications are available for any and all fitness levels.
Power Alley CrossFit is opening this event to the public for FREE! No better way to honor Memorial Day – doors open at 9am with the first heat beginning at 9:30am!
