Join Power Alley CrossFit on May 27, 2024 (Memorial Day) to complete the MURPH Challenge – a workout in honor of:
Lt. Michael P. Murphy, May 7, 1976 – June 28, 2005
United States Navy (SEAL)

and all fallen service members who have lost their lives in the line of duty 
MURPH consists of a 1-mile run, 100 pullups, 200 pushups, 300 air squats, and another 1-mile run. This workout can be completed solo or with a partner and modifications are available for any and all fitness levels.
Power Alley CrossFit is opening this event to the public for FREE! No better way to honor Memorial Day – doors open at 9am with the first heat beginning at 9:30am!
Purchase a t-shirt for the event at the link below! T-shirt orders due May 1, 2024. Please drop cash off at Power Alley Crossfit by Saturday, May 4th.

Brooks Hill Fair and BlueGrass is a nonprofit. We offer our building for non-profit benefits at no cost to them. We also offer our building for rent for Birthday parties, Family reunions, receptions etc.
We have Family friendly events such as the Fair and Bluegrass. We have these events to raise money for the upkeep and improvements of our building.
We strive to help our community and surrounding communities any way we can.
